Apprenticeships Programs (RAPs) are a proven strategy to develop a skilled workforce. RAPs are a training method that combines paid On-The-Job Learning (OJL) with Related Technical Instruction (RTI). Programs are designed to meet the needs of employers and their workforce challenges.
